Re: Exercitii cu stepper-ulnu este o idee sa faci pauze mari intre serii, sa faci serii a cate 25 de exercitii si apoi pauze lungi duce cam..la nimic. mai bine faci mai putine si eficient decat o gramada si fara nici o eficienta. problema e ca eu nu am rabdare si nici timp sa fac atata sport zilnic. de aia mi-am si luat stepper-ul. doctor oz ( ) zice ca 1000 de pasi facuti zilnic sunt suficienti pentru organism. asta fiind minimul de efort care trebuie depus de orice individ. eu ma gandeam ca pot folosi stepper-ul de la cei 1000 de pasi (vreo 15 minute pe aparat) la jumatate de ora. m-am gandit ca e ca si cum as merge pe jos.. acum poate gresesc, sau poate am inteles eu gresit... Re: Exercitii cu stepper-ul1000 de pasi depinde de organism, de arderi, de alimentatie... ehee multe. stepperul este ca si urcatul pe scari, putin mai mult ca mersul pe jos. si acum depinde ce doresti sa obtii, sa slabesti, sa tonifiezi sau doar sa faci sport de intretinere, pentru sanatate. fiecare din acestea implica un program diferit si o dificultate diferita. Re: Exercitii cu stepper-ulnu, si daca ar exista nu ar fi ieftin. numai un nutritionist iti poate spune de cate calorii are nevoie corpul tau si cate calorii consumi. astfel poti sa vezi in functie de efort cate calorii consumi. nici un aparat nu poate stii care este rata ta de consum, daca muschii au mai fost antrenati inainte sau nu.
